Dayday is a personal diary app for recording your day chronologically with words, emoji, image icons, and photos.

Personal records are stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud backup, they are backed up to your personal iCloud. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are used to analyze app usage and improve reliability.

1. Information Processed and Its Purposes

Personal Records and Settings

Record dates, times, time zones, text, emoji, image icons, photos, date collections, and display settings are stored on your device.

This information is used to save, view, edit, and delete records, organize collections, and retain settings. The app operator does not collect personal records on a separate server or view them remotely.

Optional iCloud Backup

If you enable iCloud backup, your records, photos, image icons, date collections, and display settings are transmitted to your private user database in Apple CloudKit.

Backup creation and completion times, data sizes, integrity verification information, and identifiers needed to manage accounts and backup devices are also processed. This information is used to store and restore backups and prevent uploads to an incorrect account.

No separate app registration is required, and the app does not collect your Apple Account password.
